Mushroom soup

Our mushroom soup combines the creaminess of perfectly cooked barley with small chunks of cubed mushroom and potatoes. The overall taste is infused with bold flavor of wild porcini mushrooms, that also give our soup a dis=nct brown color. The flavor is further enhanced by addition of ground parsley and celery roots that bring the mushroom taste to a new level. We don’t thicken our soup with flour as it is always made with the perfect balance of broth and substance. Due to low fat content is can be consumed both cold and hot, and can be further enhanced by adding sour cream to your bowl.
