Pumpkin soup

Viennese pumpkin soup is a staple in Austrian kitchens. Over time, it evolved into the creamy soup, known as Kürbiscremesuppe, a cherished comfort food and dish in Austrian homes and restaurants. It is made with Butternut Squash, Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Chicken Stock and Heavy Cream. When served, it is garnished with Pumpkin Seed Oil, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Chopped Celery and a spoonful of Sour Cream (optional).
